Stories are created by humans and hold traditional family values, wholesome content and concepts appropriate for kids.

These are hand crafted stories - AI free. They follow the adventures of a family with 3 boys and 1 girl. Think Enid Blyton meets Denis the Menace meets Mary Poppins. Each chapter is a stand alone story with clues and hints about the next chapter to come. The stories suit both boys and girls.

1 magical story
The story is printed on a 2 page letter (not back to back) which includes 1940s style illustrations. The letter arrives with a set of 5, 1940s vintage style stickers to add to the letter or use separately.

We craft each letter to appeal to a 3 - 7 year old being read to. We include tricky words so that kids are exposed to them. And we include simple words so that kids can also read some of them.

These stories take us back to the days when children’s books didn’t just moralize at us, give us lessons on inclusivity or accepting yourself. They hark back to the stories of magical adventures, kids having cheeky fun and doing things that look a bit risky. Remember those?

How this works
Once you sign up you’ll receive a email which tells you all the information about the subscription. We post all letters in the first few days of the month so when you sign up, you’ll slip into that same send schedule for the coming month. Each country has its own delivery timeframes so guaranteeing an arrival date at your end is not possible. Shipping is via untracked stamped snail mail.
Join on or before the 25th of the month and you’ll receive next month’s letter (For example: Join between March 25th to April 25th → you'll receive May's edition, shipped early May)
Join after the 25th → first print arrives the month after next (for example: Subscribe April 26th and you’ll receive June’s edition)
Important things to know:
Billed on the 5th of each month after your first payment so please don't be alarmed if you receive a print club email on the 5th. Renews until cancelled.
All mail is shipped via untracked snail mail on the first few days of the month, so your letter arrives in the correct month.
Please note your very first snail mail may be the longest wait, but it’s definitely well worth the wait!

Yes they sure are. We make sure that the stories align with our values, provide some fun learning, have a magical, whimsical quality about them and use language that allows the children to read some words and some words will stretch them.

Your subscription continues until you choose to cancel it. You can do this simply by using the Contact form on our website page. We’ve made it as simple as possible as we don’t like complex exits either.

You can certainly cancel a subscription easily. Just send an email to us from the Contact Us page on the website and we’ll confirm the cancellation asap. We know how it feels to have complex cancellations and lengthy processes so we make this as pain free as possible.

We send out the letters on the first Monday of each month. Each country has differing timeframes for mail delivery to you so we are unable to tell you exactly when you will receive yours in your letterbox.
